Couch Cal is operated by Comotoca (comotoca.com), Spain. Whatever you want to tell us or ask us, write to contact@couchcal.com. It is the only address we use, for everything.

What to write about

Support. Something is not working, an estimate looks off, a coin balance or a subscription is not what you expected, or you cannot sign in. Tell us which device you use (iOS or the web app) and what you saw.
Privacy requests. A copy of your data in a machine-readable form, or to correct, restrict, or object to how we use it. You can export the last 7 or 30 days of your meals from the app, or email us for everything, and delete your account yourself in the app or on the web, immediately; the privacy policy has the full list of your rights and controls.
Press and everything else. Questions about Couch Cal, feedback, ideas, or a hello for the bear.

Good to know

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are managed, canceled, and refunded with Apple, not with us. Web subscriptions are paid through Polar: you cancel in the app's subscription settings or with Polar, and refunds are handled as Polar's terms and the law provide. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
